My background includes over a decade of working in healthcare, including long-term care, major hospital inpatient units, oncology day units, private aesthetic clinics, universities and outpatient mental health clinics.

I have found myself deeply connected to working as a mental health professional and a desire to work in the private sector. This has allowed me to utilize my broad range of skills, and education in way that aligns with the way I want to practice. Living in a small community can sometimes impose barriers to mental health care. People fear lack of anonymity, stigma and discrimination. Practicing privately, allows for very discreet care, with an emphasis on protecting client’s confidentiality.
